6.3. Refunds are processed to the same payment method within 10 business days.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of the goods by the Buyer.
7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses resulting from use of the website or payment system.
7.3. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the Seller.

8.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties except as required by law.
8.2. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for order fulfillment and marketing purposes.
